Monday October 12th 6-8:30pm at Laughing Rabbit Farm
With access to a dozen prepared oil extractions and organic ingredients, each student will create a custom skin care remedy. Make a rejuvenating lymphatic scrub, a healing salve or a nourishing body butter.
We will cover techniques and basic recipes for dozens of skin care remedies, and explore why and when to use the myriad of ingredients used for topical applications. Discussions about herb actions and energetics, as well as the primary function of healthy skin, will inform each student’s creation of their own custom formula. Make anything from daily skin healing to first aid remedies.
This class is appropriate for beginners and seasoned medicine makers.
Each student will go home with a 4oz custom skin care product of their choosing, recipes and class notes.
Cancellation policy: A full refund will be provided at least 3 full business days prior to class. Cancellations less than 3 days prior will receive a 50% refund.
