Cough Syrup - The right herbs for the type of cough

Not every cough is the same. And not every herb that’s “good for coughs” is going to work every time. There are some great herbs to support lung health, but some of them dry up a wet, rattly cough, and some of them moisten a dry, hacking cough.
We’ll dive into the herbs commonly used for coughs and colds and as a group we’ll practice formulating cough syrup recipes for specific symptoms. Each student will be supported in the process of making a custom formula.
Learn the power of using herbal energetics! We will discuss the herbal actions and energetics of traditional cough, cold and flu ingredients to explore why and how they support immune and respiratory health.
This class is appropriate for beginners and seasoned medicine makers.
Each student will go home with 16oz custom cough syrup, recipes and class notes.
Cancellation policy: A full refund will be provided at least 3 full business days prior to class. Cancellations less than 3 days prior will receive a 50% refund.
